RICHARD GALLOWAY, PE
Richard “Ricky” Galloway, P.E. joined the High Tide team in 2020 to drive the establishment and growth of our Northshore area office. Ricky is a native and resident of St. Tammany Parish with over 25 years of professional experience in the land development and public works markets.
